SMS program: FerbyTech Customer Notifications
FerbyTech Customer Notifications is a recurring mixed, non-marketing messaging program operated by FerbyTech, LLC. The program may send managed website contact alerts, OTP messages, customer and account notifications, fraud and security alerts, payment-processing notifications, server maintenance notices, software-update notices, and billing messages. The program never sends marketing or promotional messages.

No marketing through this program
FerbyTech Customer Notifications is strictly non-marketing. We do not use enrollment in this program to send advertising, promotions, or third-party marketing messages.
Mobile information sharing
We do not sell or rent mobile numbers or SMS consent information. We do not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may disclose information to service providers, such as messaging and infrastructure providers, solely as necessary to operate, secure, support, and deliver the program, or when required by law.
Opt-out and choices
You may withdraw SMS consent at any time by replying STOP to any program message. Opting out does not prevent FerbyTech from communicating through other channels where permitted. Reply HELP for help at any time. To re-enroll after opting out, text START from the opted-out mobile phone to (321) 399-1916, wait for Twilio's confirmation, and then use the enrollment page if needed. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers who help us operate, secure, and deliver our services, under obligations consistent with this policy; when required by law; to protect rights or safety; or in connection with a business transfer where appropriate safeguards apply.
Contact-form inquiries are delivered by email using Twilio SendGrid and as an internal lead-alert text using Twilio Messaging. Twilio processes the contact details and message needed for those deliveries. Cloudflare Turnstile processes limited network, browser, and device signals to help identify automated or abusive form submissions.
Security and retention
We apply reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect program information. We retain consent and messaging records only for as long as reasonably necessary for operations, security, dispute resolution, audits, and legal compliance.
Children
Our website and services are intended for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our practices or legal obligations change. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
