Program description
FerbyTech Customer Notifications is a recurring mixed, non-marketing messaging program operated by FerbyTech, LLC. The program may send managed website contact alerts, OTP messages, customer and account notifications, fraud and security alerts, payment-processing notifications, server maintenance notices, software-update notices, and billing messages. The program never sends marketing or promotional messages.
Opt-in and consent
An eligible customer may enroll by selecting the applicable approved business, entering its approved mobile number, and affirmatively selecting the optional SMS consent control on the secure SMS enrollment page. Consent is not a condition of purchase. FerbyTech verifies control of the mobile number with a one-time code and sends an SMS confirming enrollment. Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies based on verification requests, managed website contact requests, security events, payment activity, account and billing activity, server maintenance, software updates, and other service events. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's rates and policies govern any charges.
Opt-out
Reply STOP to any program message to opt out. FerbyTech will send one confirmation message and then stop program messages to that number. Other recognized opt-out keywords include:
To re-subscribe after opting out, text START from the opted-out mobile phone to (321) 399-1916 and wait for the confirmation before requesting another enrollment verification code.

Supported carriers and delivery
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery may be affected by network availability, device settings, and carrier limitations.
Privacy
FerbyTech handles information associated with this program as described in the FerbyTech Privacy Policy at https://ferbytech.com/privacy. Mobile information and SMS consent records are used to operate and secure the program.
Changes
FerbyTech may update these Mobile Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Effective date: July 25, 2026.
